They just lost my business! I loved this place, good service for a reasonable price. Lately it's been pretty difficult to get a haircut there. I drive from Brookings to Sioux Falls specifically to cut my hair there. Made an appointment over the phone and because of the traffic around sioux falls showed up 4 minutes late, just to find out they wouldnt cut my hair because they were fully booked and they could 'fall behind'. Very very dissapointed on such a poor service. Note to management: if you are so overbooked maybe its time to hire more people, you're losing business here.

Great haircuts for a great price. My son and I switched to The Barbershop several months ago - the quality, price and people make for a great combination.

Just had a VERY disappointing experience at the shop at Dawley Farms. Asked me what I wanted and I described a little shorter on the side a LITTLE bit off the top; I emphasized the little. She asked me what # of attachment to use. How would I know? She cut awhile and asked how the side looked I said at that point ok...i looked away at the tv for a few minutes and she had continued cutting and the top was VERY short and uneven.

Whenever I need a haircut I always go to the Barbershop on the east side of town! It is always very clean and I have never had such great customer service from the moment I walk in until the moment I leave. Samantha is the BEST stylist I have ever had and will always continue to go there!

I get my haircut by Molly whenever I need to get a haircut. The atmosphere at the Barbershop is nice and clean. The staff is always friendly and welcoming when you come in. Molly does an excellent job at listening to what I want done and doing just that. The haircut comes with a wonderful conversation, T.V. to watch, a hot towel, shoulder massage, and shampoo and conditioner wash all for a price of about $13 cash or $14 for debit or credit. The Barbershop is a pleasant place to go to if you're in need of a haircut, and I would recommend this salon to others.
