We got our kid's bike repaired here. We used to visit Performance Bike in Mountain View on El Camino Real and they are always super busy and unable to attend and keep asking to come back later. While this place was also busy, they were far more polite and nice.

They fixed the front derailleur but it didn't quite work when my kid tried it in the parking lot. However, the mechanic went back and took him to make sure it work this time. I didn't get his name. I hope I could thank with his name.

Great shop to buy gear as well though their selection of mountain bikes appeared quite limited.

I popped my back tire on my commute home they were willing to stay a few min after close. Genuinely friendly staff. Great service!

Went to buy a bike on display. Relentless upsell to buy an alternative where, presumably, the sales guy had higher commission. Could not in the end buy something I wanted, left in disgust.

I have been here a few times to get my road bike serviced. They provide excellent service and the price is pretty reasonable. Highly recommended.

Great prices on everything from valve adaptors to chains. The service is great and the staff is always ready to help you find whatever you are looking for. A great shop to test out bikes if you are planning on buying one they carry a full range and a test ride is a great idea.
