I have to give this store a 1 star for putting my safety at risk. I bought 2 new high end road bike tires from them. The guy installed the tires and I tried to ride my bike home with the new tires. After 10 minutes one of the tires fell off the rim and the tube popped. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought it was just a freak accident. I walked the bike back to the store and they replaced the tube. The guy said the tire shouldn't pop off again. I rode the bike home 6 miles and this time I made it successfully. I checked the tire pressure when I got home and both tires were set at 60psi. These were 700x23c road bike tires, the recommended psi printed directly on the sidewall was 110-125psi ! I can't understand how a bike shop that sells tires could be so incompetent in inflating to the recommended tire pressure. I am not surprised the tire fell off the first time. I inflated the tire to the recommended pressure and have not had an issue since. If these guys can't install a tire correctly then I would not trust them with any other bike maintenance.

The repair team is awesome! Replaced a punctured tube yesterday, in and out in 5 mins. The same tire was flat again today so I took it back, they replaced the tube and the old tire and only charged for the tire (not the 2nd tube or labor time)! I’ll definitely come back for all bike fixings.

Expensive for below average work I took my bike in for a tune up. They had a Comp tune up for ~$100 or a pro tune up for ~$300. I wanted something in between so I paid for the Comp and an extra $60 for a drive train clean. A drive train clean includes taking the derailleurs off the bike and running them through a solvent tank with a brush to clean them. I picked up my bike and the rear derailleur had noticeable dirt on it that simply wiped off with the rub of a finger. I asked them about it and was told "I saw him run it through the solvent tank so you're good." I should've asked for a refund but didn't want to make a scene so I didn't but still very disappointed. Won't go back. I didn't pay $60 extra for a clean that leaves visible dirt on my bike that I can wipe off with my finger. The overall bike doesn't look very clean either. Still has sweat marks on the bottom of the top tube. Thought a basic clean up included a wipe down...

Aggressive sales tactics, overpriced gear. I wouldn't come back here or recommend this place to a friend.
