I love this bike shop! Convenient, reasonable prices, and they often throw extra stuff in for free (like retaping my handlebars). The only thing that makes me hesitate is that there are a lot of people working there, so you don't really know who's working on your bike. But I come here often and usually get more than I expect.

I think that this is a great place to get your bike fixed and somewhere to buy a bike. However, i just wish the hours were more extended.

I've brought in three different bikes in, and each time the guys have done a fantastic job: everything from a broken fork to a tune-up to a rebuild. Super-knowledgeable, and they're lovely.

Excellent service. Showed up unannounced in the morning dropped off my bicycle and it was ready by 4pm!

After relocating to the Bay Area without a car for three months, I was in need of a bike rental badly. I can't say enough good things about this place. Susan and Omar really went out of their way to get my bike ready for pick up, and all of the other staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgable. I now have a rental mountain bike (with free helmet and lock), as well as a few safety add-ons for cheap. The customer service was great, and bike is in good shape. Come here for your bike needs!
