From the past 12 years when I purchased my first US Postal bike from the bike shop, the bike shop team has always welcomed you with kind words. I now have a family of five and each one of us has had one or two different bikes from the bike shop some of which we have passed down from the oldest to youngest. Just last week my wife and I ran into Matt at Costco. He is a Genuine person with a positive personality and his staff at the bike shop is a mirror image of that. We will continue using their services. Thanks the Stuart family.

Attention to detail I haven't seen in any other shop in the area. Bought a new wheelset and tires for my urban thrasher and they installed it without extra charge. Dude in charge here makes sure things get done right, very excellent. Definitely best shop in Ogden, thanks guys!

Turn-around time on bike tune-ups is excellent. I've received great advice on service needs, and it's honest and competent. They have been attentive to my concerns. I've never been up-sold by the service pros here.  They have stood behind their work. I have huge confidence in the service staff.

The Bike Shoppe has been my "Go To Shop" for over 30 Years, during which time I have purchased many different bikes of all types Mountain, Road Racing, Fat, Touring and others. The Bike Shoppe continues to be my place because of their fast, friendly service and Matt and the staff are very knowledgeable about all of their products. The few times I have had any issues with a bike they have worked hard to resolve the issue quickly and in my favor. They are hands down the best shop around!

In the summer of 2010 I was looking to get back into cycling.  I shopped around the Ogden Utah area to see what was available and was considering all of the different options when I met the employees of the The Bike Shoppe.  Initially I could not see the advantage of one make/model over the other so I put that question up to Nate at The Bike Shoppe.  He pointed out that the Trek Alpha Aluminum 2.3 was the only model in my price range that had consistent components from the same manufacturer.  He was correct.  I was sold.  A year later I was looking to upgrade from an aluminum frame to a carbon fiber frame and wheels.  Having to save as much money has possible I purchased a Trek Madone 5.1 from a pawn shop through Ebay.   Matt Howard, owner of The Bike Shoppe took time out of his busy schedule to personally fit me for this bike even though I did not purchase it from him.  In addition to this Seth has gone out of his way to take care of my apparel needs.  Seth also installed new brake pads on my bike when no other technicians were available.  It is this kind of customer service and customer dedication that has made me a customer for life.  If you are looking for quality cycling products and service look no further than The Bike Shoppe in Ogden Utah.
