Customer service out of this world. Came in off peak, only person in the store. Employees all doing their thing. Greeted as I walked in the door. Asked where from and what style of riding. Told him was new to the area and was making actions to move here. Give a map, best routes. He asked questions to figure out my skill level. Gave me different options of riding groups, safest routes. Told me what the local law enforcement expected of cyclist. Was very helpful and informitive, approximate time lines for repairs. Been to several cycle shops. Hands down the best experience so far. Big thanks to Matt!

The people here really know what they are talking about. Everything was explained so well and we were able to find exactly what we wanted. I can't wait to get my bike!

I went in thinking I needed a replacement of a bike part. Matt took a look and saw that I didn't need it replaced, just greased and tightened. He took care of that and a bunch of other stuff as well (asking me if he could do each, of course). I told him we should probably replace the chain (it's badly worn), and he explained why that might not be a good idea. So he took care of the things that needed attention but didn't do anything that didn't. They also allowed me to watch and learn. And the whole experience took about 45 minutes. Now the bike rides very smoothly. I was very impressed.
