Thanks for the quick work guys.  Fast Repair.  Good prices.  No hassle.  I only go to the mechanic when I cannot solve an issue and I never know what to expect.  I appreciated the straight forward no BS no up selling. Waiting room was clean and very comfortable.  Much more than you would expect.  The free wifi helped me continue my work during this disruption to my day.

I really wish that you could give 100 stars! My family and I live in the Fort Worth area and if we have any car issues we will be driving to McKinney to Chucks They’re team is a true example of serving others. You may need to be dropped off at work and When Chuck isn’t busy With the things at the shop he would even drive you. They have completely raise the bar that for me; cannot be touched. Therefore we will make that drive to Chuck’s any day. I highly recommend you jump on board if you want an honest group of mechanics to work on your car.

I've been using Chuck's for 5 years and am always pleased with their work and price.  I've had some minor repairs and major (2007 Ford F150, A/C compressor and transmission replaced).

I always ask for Matt at the front desk. He keeps me informed along the way of what they found, how much it will cost, and what they recommend.  Last time in, we had my wife's car looked over (FJ Cruiser, 11 years old, 50K miles) because it was getting old.  Matt said that even though it was due for a few things like belt changes, everything looked in good condition and they didn't recommend replacing at that point.  And the best part...no charge, even for the inspection.

It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust and I fully trust these guys.

I took my car in last week for an oil leak. I made an appointment for Friday, but then called back the next day to get it in earlier.  Matt had no problem adjusting to my schedule. He and his team were more than fair with the time frame for working on my car, kept me informed about what was happening, and was less expensive in the repair costs than what I had been quoted elsewhere. His facility is clean and well maintained, and his team were polite and kept my vehicle clean during the repair. I would absolutely recommend Chuck's Automotive to my friends and family. And he offers a teacher discount!

My entire family bring their cars to Chuck's. They are very honest and upfront about everything. I have recommended them to all my friends and coworkers. I have used them for years and have never had a bad experience. The staff and customer service is amazing.
