I love the Book Bin because of the employees.  They are welcoming and helpful.  I've called on two separate occasions looking for specific books.  Each time I was greeted politely and was delighted to find the books I sought. (One of those occasions was on Christmas Eve, looking for How the Grinch Stole Christmas)

Nice place. The staff are knowledgeable. 
They try to call you if a book you desire comes in.
Plenty of calendars.
Parking is not the best but a good overall experience!

The girls who work the counter are consistently cold, and the book selection is mediocre and a little over priced. I always expect a decent shopping experience when I go in but always feel pretty unsatisfied.

This is a great bookstore; it has the quality and curation of a new bookstore with used book prices. It's a great place to find new books, to talk to book experts, and to revisit classics.
