I can't tell you in words how much fun it is to go to Powell's Books at Cedar Hills Crossing. There is an abundant amount of new and used books which will keep you browsing for much longer than you anticipated. I've found everything from rare John Saul books to a signed copy of Anne Rice's work.

The atmosphere is great. While it feels like a library in a way, you certainly don't have to worry about the librarian trying to shoosh you. I highly recommend this bookstore for any bookworm or for anyone that wants to take their eyes off of their cell phones for an hour and hold a book in their hands.

Great local bookstore conveniently located in the center of Beaverton. Has mostly any book that 99% of people are looking for and if they don't have it in that store they can definitely order it or you could go to their downtown location which would definitely have it. Often has engaging author readings and discussion groups and such.

Pretty cool. Not as grungy or historic as the original on Burnside St. in Portland, but still a fun place to kill a few hours. Extensive eclectic book selection and other merchandise like vinyl records, clothing, etc. Onsite parking lot.

I was so grateful when they opened this location, it meant I didn't have to go downtown to get a nice book! So convenient and everyone who works here is very helpful. Excellent selection, especially considering its not nearly as big as the city of books downtown!

Wow! Just wow! I'm glad there's a Powell's Bookstore that not in the middle of Portland.  Although the flagship store is massive with a greater selection, I'm not really a city person.  We were looking all over for a specific book and we were just about to throw the hat in when low and behold - Powell's came through at a price less than we expected.  Very happy! ☺
