The worst place ever.  The lady who works at the passport division is rude and unhelpful. She has even hung up on me on the phone.  Unbelievable that someone like that can be hired.  They take your money to start the application process but don't bother to help you finish it.  I wish there were another consulate nearby but unfortunately am stuck with this one.

awesome experience 20 min in and out. We had all the document. we were punctual and so were they. very organized and friendly staff. They exactly knew what they want and in which order. couldn't ask better.

The worst place ever you can win the lottery before you get them to answer a phone or a question the right way  the is place is worst than being in the same room.  As the exorsist   spend 5 hours 9 till 1 and they still did not want to talk to me i asked them a few questions they yelled at me  . You go there for help and Intead you need to call for help so i just couldn't take it thete anymore and walk out

Thanks for the fantastic experience. Recently I had to renew my ID (Personalausweis). I made an appointment through the web interface, showed up exactly on time, and was served 30 seconds after I had entered the waiting room! 

Very friendly staff, who knew what they were doing. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I could hardly believe when only three weeks later I got a notification letter that my new ID is ready for pickup. 

What a great example of German efficiency. Great job!
