The new office is v nice, clean and they started sharp 9 am! Very helpful and although I filled the wrong side of the doc however the passport employee was nice and helped with a smile on his face.

Very polite and nice people. Got in and out in 20 mins. They are friendly efficient and honest people. They work fast and efficient. Keep it up!

They could at answer the phone. Sometimes it’s a busy signal and another keeps on ringing without any answer so you know someone is there they just don’t feel like doing their job

Still slow processes ... use a lot of papers. 

WAKE UP PEOPLE .. its the 21st century ... get with the technology .. use computers more often ... discard papers whenever possible ... be quick in your processes.  

The world has moved fast .. and we still are dwelling in the past of bureaucracy ... and we still deceive ourselves thinking we ARE a great nation!!!

A great nation is one like Japan, who was hit with nuclear bombs, yet managed to come back a giant in industry and economy ... 

Even the Indians and the Pakistanis, who i know we make fun of, have surpassed us!
