We bought some elfa shelves there a couple of weeks ago. The manager there and her staff were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. We would definitely go back for future storage needs.

Great selection, very well stocked store. The prices are high for some items I've seen elsewhere. If you don't mind shopping around you can get a better deal, but if you have something super specific you're looking for, The Container Store is a good place to look.

If you need anything to do with Containers this is the place to visit. If thay don't have what you need in Stock they will order it for you, at no cost. They even have a interior design service that will visit your home and help you layout your storage needs. (their is a chance for this service and I'm not sure how it works )However they are great when it comes to your container needs!

Love the product! There is typically a long wait at checkout but once you make it the associates a friendly and helpful.

Maybe it is my expectations but I'd assume that they would have gone off different types of container items that you can't get at other places. Not so... Most of what they have you get at Target, Walmart, and other places like that. Raleys has more unique items. And the prices are high for some cheap stuff.
