Sears has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I am actually calling at this very moment to cancel my sears appliance warranty. I am extremely unphappy with the service that I have received from sears in the past year. I always end up wasting unnecessary time on the phone, up to one hour with each phone call, due to being transferred from one department to another for one issue. Also, sears said some one 18 year or old must be home between 9am to 5pm for a technician appointment. That is 8 hours unlike the usual four hours time frame. Additionally, sears had four technicians at my house in one day (same day) for appliance Maintance. One technician for my refrigerator, one for the stove/oven, one for dish washer and one for wash machine/dryer. Sears automatically withdraws $39.99 from customer’s bank account every month. Sears gives customers a run around for their money when it is time to use the service being charged for monthly. I will never do business with sears ever again and I will never recommend sears to anyone. I will encourage people not to sign up for sears home appliance warranty because the service is horrible.

It's okay. Sears changed, it's not as exciting as it use to be when you walked in. Kitchen appliances are taking over. Still have an excellent selections of tools, tool boxes, garden tools, and shoes.

Customer service was great, but the prices are high, and not much of a warranty unless u buy it.
