I just moved from out of state with my two springer spaniels.  Checked out all the local daycares and Divine Canine was the only place with great inside / outside space and flexibility.  The staff who manage the dogs are mature and experienced dog trainers and handlers.  Would highly recommend.

I have used this daycare for years and been very happy with it, but the true measure of a place is how they handle things when something goes wrong.    Yesterday I dropped off my dog for daycare, and when I picked him up he had a 2-inch laceration in his side.  The staff told me I had brought him in that way, that they'd noticed it right away in the morning.  They claimed that the wound looked several days old, and that was their excuse for not contacting me to let me know he was injured.   Whether or not any of that is true (I do not believe it is but I have no way to prove it one way or another), the simple fact is that they let my dog linger there all day with an open, bleeding wound, without even attempting to contact me.  This exposed him to substantial risk of infection, requiring IV antibiotics when I took him to emergency after hours care that evening, and slapped me with an emergency bill which was approximately twice as expensive as it would have been had he been cared for promptly.  To add insult to injury, I attempted to talk to the owner before placing any negative reviews or taking other action, but she hung up on me.  My fiance contacted her to request a copy of the documents I had signed when I agreed to use their services, and she not only refused to provide that, but threatened legal action against us for my negative reviews.  So essentially, the daycare itself is good... as long as nothing goes wrong while your dog is there.

Edit to add: Regarding the owner's response, I have a $700 vet bill and photographs which refute her claims.

The staff is the best and they treat your dogs like they are their own. Highly recommend them.

We have 2 dogs who LOVE to come to the day care and stay when we are out off town.

The dogs play, rest and have fun, and get attention from staff when they need some love.

When I come to pick up my dogs a staff member tells me something about my dog that I know that my dog was cared for and watched.

We use Divine canine for over 5 years now.

Our dog loves it here for day camp! The staff goes out of their way to make her feel welcome. She gets excited when we pull into the parking lot in the morning.
