Dollhouse Fitness is my home away from home. Honestly! It's a safe, fun and happy place where ladies (and gents) can come to get a great workout, express themselves artistically, feel sexy, be sensual, and become stronger...both physically and mentally. It doesn't matter what your dance or fitness background is, there's a class for every level. I have never felt judged by ANYONE here -- only supported, uplifted and empowered. I won't say it's easy, because pole fitness and all that surrounds is one of the most challenging disciplines I've ever encountered, but the rewards are so worth it. The special friendships and camaraderie are an added bonus, too!

I've been working out at the Dollhouse Fitness for the past six months. The Sexy Fundamentals classes are a lot of fun and always a great workout. The value can't be beat, and the people are very nice.
