I love my mattress so I give it 4 stars for the product. 1 star for the business practices. The industry practices are pretty shady and I thought it would be different here because of the name, named after daughter, but it's just as sketchy. BUYER BEWARE because not all the disclosures are explained and you could lose out on a few hundred dollars like my family did. I won't do business here again nor will I refer folks to Brooklyn Bedding.

Tim was so nice and helpful. I was stressed due to a recent break up and need a bed quickly while staying within a budget. I was able to get a great bed with delivery the day before Thanksgiving. Thank you for making stressful time a little less stressful.

26 June 2016 - 5 stars = makes customers kings and queens, or offers superior product(s); crushes competitors that offer similar service and product(s). 4 stars = provides something extra for customers, or offers better than average product(s). 3 stars = provides good service and good product(s). 2 stars = provides low quality customer service or product(s). 1 star = fails in customer service or product(s); you suck; please go out of business. THE REVIEW Doug was super patient with me. I felt like a king here though I was buying a queen bed. Just purchased a Serta icomfort Savant mattress set from Doug. He was patient with me regarding my indecisiveness about the Brooklyn Bedding mattress and the Serta. We talked and talked about my spine issue, health concerns, back surgery, the benefits of each mattress, and what might be better for me. R&S Mattress manufactures the Brooklyn line right here in Phoenix; Brooklyn is their brand; but after all our discussion, Doug recommended the Serta, based on my current spine issue. Still on the fence, Doug gave me a few minutes alone so I could go to Abba Father for an answer. I choose to ask for a sign the way Abraham's servant sought a sign while looking for Issac's future wife. Genesis 24:12, 14-20 And he said, O Lord God of my master Abraham, I beseech thee, send me good speed this day, and show mercy unto my master Abraham. Chuck is awesome! I went in with my husband and daughter. He help me find a the best mattress for us. Picked it up the next day and he loaded it into my friend's truck for me! Great customer service and my bed is fantastic! I didn't feel pressured and Chuck knows his stuff. Excellent service, great price!
