Our experience with The Dump was excellent. 
Sales staff were very friendly and helpful.
We purchased a 3 piece Italian Leather sofa set.
When the guys came and delivered our furniture they were very professional and careful to make sure that they did not damage anything.
The Love seat had a hole in the right side and they asked if we wanted it repaired or replaced, we told them we wanted to replace it because the last time we purchased furniture ( From Haverty's ) we had nothing but really bad problems, and did not want to go through that again. We received the new one a few days later, and again the delivery guys were "Awesome"  ( a different crew)  Thanks! To all "The Dump" Team that made us Happy!

I have never left a review for anything before, good or bad. But in this case I feel the need. I orderd 4 tables for my living room back in the beginning of December. All the tables came with damage to them. I called immediately the day of arrival and have been met with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I got 2 end tables, a coffee table, and a sofa table. I was so excited because I have never bought any NEW living room furniture before. One end table has a circular grooves and also very smooth spots on it, very obviously made with tools. Being that it is natural stone there should not be smooth spots or circular tool marks. The other end table we can barely open and close the drawer on it. They did send someone out for that but the man was only able to halfway fix it and coming to my home as sick as he was I just left it at that.  The coffee table has come pretty good scratch marks on it, again NOT natural to the stone. You can clearly see and feel the difference. My sofa table had some small scratches on the wood and I was told straight forward that there is nothing they can do to help me about this. I have been fighting with them back and forth for 2 months now and they refuse to replace the 2 tables with all the ruined stone and try to tell me that it "natural" it is far from natural. They have ruined the whole experience for me. I feel completely ripped off and will never shop there again and will continue to spread word of this throughout the military community that I am apart of.

The sales rep TJ was great. Upon entering the store he greeted my husband and myself and let us know he was there if we needed him. When we were ready to make a decision he was there and knowledgeable. He was not pushy. Very nice experience. Because of TJ we will purchase from the DUMP again.

I had a minor issue that was resolved by their entire team.  Everyone was apologetic and sincerely concerned about my happiness.  I look forward to making another purchase from them in the future.
