Bought a bedroom set there, they said it would all be in by December 15. We go to pick up and the warehouse lost our headboard. They took about 3 days to order another one, it didn't come in until I was in the hospital giving birth. I was 9 months pregnant without a bed to sleep on because of their mistake. They didn't do anything to make it better. Just "oh sorry we lost your headboard, we'll get you a new one over a week later." Decided to go back yesterday to get a sectional because we liked our original salesman. The ottoman in store was listed as 549, online it was 298. The sectional was 2100 and online was like 1950. The salesman did not bring this to our attention and it wasn't until later in the night that I looked online and saw this. I called today and the customer service woman was horrible. Had a nasty attitude and didn't want to help. Told me I had to come into the store. I drive the 40 minutes to get there and still everyone has an attitude. Luckily the manager was there and helped work through it and gave me the difference. The woman who helped me acted like I was ridiculous for wanting the discount. We will definitely not purchase from there again.

Very nice place and lots of options for all styles, RJ Carter helped us out and he did an amazing job. Even though we didn't purchase he was answering all our questions and doing everything he could to get us the best prices on the furniture. Would defiantly recommend him if you go there.

Megan was great and would highly recommend her to everyone. She researched until she found me a fabulous deal. I was looking for a sleeper sofa and was able to get one $1 cheaper than the one without a sleeper.😊😊

My husband and I were buying our first piece of furniture. We were in the store for about 30 minutes and nobody helped us, felt a little discouraged. But then Craig helped us and he was super helpful—he was able to get us the furniture we wanted for the price we wanted and went out of his way to ensure that. I would shop here again. I would recommend if you shop here to ask for Craig.

Was greeted when we walked in. Since we knew we wanted to buy mattresses, this was good. The sales woman, took is to the test mattresses and asked us what we were looking for, how we slept, any special needs we might have (like my rotator cuff.) After we talked, she showed us several mattresses she thought would meet our needs, telling us the pros and cons of each. When my wife and I wanted to talk and decide what we would do, she gave us plenty of space by leaving is to talk alone for so long i was beginning to think we had been forgotten. In the end we bought King and Queen mattress sets for our guest bedrooms. I couldn't be happier with the sales woman who helped us. She was the definition of a professional.
