!!!!!!MARIJUANA CONTROL ON 9957!!!!!!
The management is still not doing anything about Marijuana smoking on the stair ways of 9957 . It's Hilarious the management can't control this situation . This act is being caused by a resident in 9957 but don't know why the management can't control it when they know this individual. Just want to inform the Management of Glendale Apartments that people will not pay this huge amount of money to be suffering from Marijuana effects. You guys are making us to live as if we are in a Ghetto.
Is this some sort of poor management or what???
You people should better do something otherwise...

I am very pleased to commend Benson McLeish, one of your Maintenance staff's working etiquette.  He's very thorough in whatever repair he has to do at our apartment, and he is always polite and respectful. I wish to recommend him for a promotion or at the least, a raise in his salary. Thank you.

If I could give The Glendale 0 stars that’s exactly what they would receive. This place is HORRIBLE. There are roaches everywhere and they have yet to fix the problem. You will find roaches coming from the vents, out the sink, crawling in your shower, making nest over your doorway, and crawling in your cabinets with your dishes. I cannot go in my apartment and not see a roach. MAINTENANCE IS ALSO HORRIBLE I have been waiting for over a month to get a tub in my apartment fixed. I’ve had to call the leasing office numerous times and they rarely answer when they do answer nothing gets done. I even physically walked to the office and still NOTHING. I recently went to the office told them my tub was still in need of repair and that my kitchen light needed to be repaired as well. Thee leasing consultant said she sent an email and made a request for my light. Maintenance came in my home fixed my light and still NOT my tub. I went into the office on Sunday and the leasing consultant did not even pretend to care. His attitude was careless as always, the leasing consultants here need to attend CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINGING BECAUSE THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I told the leasing consultant my problem with my tub and he said to me “it is just peeling why cant you take a shower”. WHO WANTS TO SHOWER STEPPING OVER CHIPPING PAINT?! I CAN NOT EVEN TAKE BATHS IN MY TUB BECAUSE OF THE PAINT! The best Leasing consultant was Remi and she is no longer here. Whenever you ask for the property manager or the person that handles accounts they will always tell you they are not there, in a meeting or unavailable at the moment. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE ID ADVISE YOU TO NOT MOVE HERE!! They always have vacant units because people are always moving out!

These apartments are horrible my whole apt is unleveled, maintenance is the worst like only one worker i always see things don’t get fixed in a timely manner and it takes months to get anything done. My washer machine had stop working I called it in and it took a month for them to bring me a used one with buttons missing. The bathroom door is literally made out of cardboard I can’t exaggerate that enough. They don’t let you know when the water is getting cut off until the day of and sometimes it won’t be a notice. Do not move here they let you know what you want to hear until you move in and it’s a disaster!!!!!!!

Some staff with dirty attitude will never guid you when You go to them for enquiry.
Duval High School kids smoke around the whole building including the staircase due to lack of appartment security. 
Expensive nonsense place!
