A better way set me up with a trashy 2006 Chevy impala to use for Uber with 170,000 miles on it.....They lied about the milage on the phone, lied and said they would clean the dirt soaked seats the following Monday & even said I stole the car when I reported them.....Plus they had a paper copy of a hard tag on the front of her car. They owner and managers are rude and lie lie lie. BEWARE of this company....They also pose as a better way uhaul company.

Do not rent or purchase any vehicle from here all there cars are raggedy and have high miles and they break down worst company ever the owner Charles never there to help u and they make a lot of promises that they can't keep they tell u that u can switch your vehicle any time but they barely have cars available they give u 1 paper tag for the back of your car they call all day harassing people for payments the cars are not worth it at all take your money to a real dealer who can help u .

I have bought a 07 dts caddie from a better way they showed great customer Service to me every time I call if they did not answer they gave me a call back when ever some thing went wrong with my car they got it straightened out for me if you are looking for a car and you do not have good Credit I refer you to a better way
