I reserved my car and got my it without any hassle moreover I got an upgrade, I was very satisfied and will continue to use the service. The ladies at the front desk was very professional.

I came to Enterprise on Annapolis rd. and was refused the vehicle requested.  I then called to other locations as well.  I was told that no one would take me to another location to rent an SUV. I was driven home by an employee.  The service was very poor. This has unconvinced me morw after a major car accident.  James Marshall
