My son was 12 years old by the time we discovered his foot pain was due to flat feet. He is very active: baseball, track, basketball, soccer. Tried football, but didn't like it as much. In researching options we found Good Feet and thought we should give it a try. In the store while trying them on, he could tell the pain would go away. Now 2 years later I just bought a pair of track spikes for him. He has two pair of supports to rotate between shoes. I never would have believed he could be so active. It really is amazing! It took about a month for his bruised feet to heal. And yes, after a long day of baseball (in metal cleats) his feet will feel "tired" but not sore. And never bruised like before. Plus, I cannot rave enough about the staff. They are very kind and gentle. Very understanding and resourceful. I only wish they were open on Sunday. But that's not a deal breaker.

I have plantar fasciitis. They fitted me with insoles which were not comfortable but was told to break them in. Wore them for 2 weeks and no difference. I ended up purchasing Birkenstock insoles. Birks fit much better, better quality materials and cheaper.

Kind, caring, wonderful people to work with! I had a bad ordeal with the previous store owner and had posted it online. Johnathan, saw it when he bought it and contacted me! We need more people like him in business! Even though they tried to fit me with another pair of shoes, (I have weird shaped feet), he just gave me some cooper socks instead! They really help with the nerve pain! I would come back to his store any time! More store owners could learn something from Jonathan's Christian heart!

Staff very helpful. Product very expensive! These are prefab orthotics for more than $300 per pair. I wore a set for four weeks and felt the pain in my foot go down in one region only to get noticeably worse in another. For me, this was not a success story. You can't get a refund so now I will have to use the credit towards their limited brands of sneakers.

So I just wanted to tell you all what an exciting and inspiring experience I had at Good Feet today. So I have had some issues with my right foot for a while now. I wanted to finally bite the bullet and buy a "good" pair of shoes for work and for the gym. I fully intended on spending a few hundred dollars because everyone has told me that wearing cheap shoes makes your feet hurt. I walk in and wait my turn to be professionally measured and fitted. I ended up having the franchise owner as my sales person. He makes small talk and asks where I'm from and what I do, and all the usual questions of "building rapport" you all know the drill. In talking I mentioned my mom living with me, (stage 4 lung cancer) and Brents accident (16+ broken bones wheel chair and numerous injuries, surgeries and complications) and just how all around crappy this year has been. So he brings out the insole system they use, explain how you use it, puts them in a pair of tennis shoes and tells me to walk around for a while and make sure they fit well. I tell him I like them and proceed to tell him I will take them but I also wanted to look for some flip flops too because vacation is coming, blah blah blah. While he's boxing up my shoes he leans over and tells me that because I have had such a bad year my purchases was on the house today. (1 pair of name brand orthotic tennis shoes, 3 pairs of insoles as a complete treatment set, socks for plantars fasciitis and a pair of orthotics flip flops) That he hope he helped lighten the burden on my heart. If any of you know me, you know what I did next. I cried. Like, full on ugly cried. He asked me if I had Jesus Christ in my heart and if I believed Jesus was my savior. I told him yes, of course. He asked about moms beliefs and I confirmed she was also a Christian. He then tells me that he feels compelled as a Christian to help a fellow Christian we he sees a need and that my story has touched his heart. I felt so incredibly blessed, and so loved in that moment surrounded by strangers doing a good deed. I have always been a giver, and I will tell you it seems so awkward being on the receiving end. Awkward and incredible at the same time. Please please please shop here if you need good shoes! Jonathan Cotten is the franchise owner, and he really is an amazing man of God!
