Good selection here. Prompt and friendly service. I had done my research ahead of time and knew what I wanted. I'd say they were knowledgeable but they basically stepped aside and let me buy what I wanted. Honestly, I would have liked to have felt more validated that I was making the right purchase, since I wasn't entirely sure if I was buying the right thing for me.

Not good customer service. 
I know retail and I know customer service   What these guys did today was no where close. I walked in and was not greeted. All I heard was one of the two guys giving a lady grief about returning a pair of shoes. My most disliked phrase in retail is "the policy is" such and such. I wanted to spend money but no one asked me if I needed any help until I walked out the door. That is not a good thing to do. 
I wear NB and I love the shoes. I just won't buy them here.
