Be aware when coming into this Bank of America location! One of the worst customer service banks ever! They should close this bank down! It's a very small and busy bank so they don't worry about providing their best service. They are so arrogant and they give you feeling that we need them more then they need us! My experience with trying to speak to an associate about a fee that they keep charging was very disappointing. Since it's a busy bank I went in early before they opened9:00 to make a line. Once signing in they tell me there is one person ahead of me and it will be about 30 minutes. I agreed since I saw there was only one person working. While waiting I see they are taking other people in the front and not considering who came in first. After waiting 40 minutes they let me know that someone else had an appointment at 9:30 which ment another 30 minute wait. Which is crazy to wait for an hour because they aren't staffed well! They need better management, better customer service, better everything! Note; this wasn't my first time at this location with bad service but my first review in hope for new changes!
stepped in 9.16.21 to open an estate account do my own bank not having the patience or expertise to do s, and worked with anwar from youtube salman alsaeede. you have to be patient when opening one of these accounts cause so much goes into them for approval with help from vilma as well we got the job done. thank yall for doing everything to successfully help me with my estate account. i have been dealing with courts insure co. etc and dealing with you have been the smoothest I have dealt with. thank you see you all in the near future.
I wasn't much impressed by the service I got at this branch. In addition, the ATM machine seemed to have some issues with my foreign card too. However, it worked perfectly with my US debit card and also complied well with respect to depositing a cheque. Hopefully, this is not a recurrent issue and gets solved soon.
The ATM machines should be removed on the basis that they are ALWAYS out of $ for cash withdraw transactions. I have also tried to deposit funds and the cash deposit feature was unavailable. COMPLETELY USELESS... If they can't equip their ATM with enough funds to dispense cash or to except cash deposits what good are they ? If its due to the Covid 19 pandemic then they need to plan accordingly. "GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE"
They only had 1 person behind the counter, despite having a line that reached the outside building. I waited over 1 hour to simply make a deposit. Customer service was decent though.
The customer service here is absolutely horrible. I stood for a couple of minutes then I explained that I needed to make a deposit, I asked for the slip forms. She then walks to the back and pretends that she looks for the slips and comes back and says she does not have them. THEN I asked her for change then she proceeds to tell me to come back later. This has happened more than one time. Bank of America already has a bad reputation but I might just have to change banks, this is ridiculous.
Waiting more than half hour the bank employee just walk around keeps saying wait since no customer
Why are there so many people in line to use the two ATMs AT ALL HOURS of the day non-stop, every day? The police really need to investigate here. And every single person is making multiple transactions and acting like they’ve never used an ATM before. Is there something I don’t know? Also the parking lot is covered in trash. Please clue me in. Sorry this isn’t in Spanish.
Recently I went to this branch , in order to send money. The associate Daysi, that assisted me was amazing and provided me with one of my best customer service experience ever. I would recommend my friends to feel free to visit this location for any transitions. However, try to get an appointment with Daysi A, who is very friendly and awesome associate. Thanks Daysi A,,,,,, U r awesome Rafi H
Why there is no cashier in official time on the counter, told me come back with in 30 minutes, strange official hours and no active business? What type of management is this?
