Home Depot web site showed items in stock.  First 2 stores could not locate item.  No one from department working.
Fortunately 3rd store had it.  Unfortunately spent 2 hours and 20 miles for what should have been a simple purchase.

Customer service wasn't great. They were short tempered, kind of rude, and really didn't seem like they wanted to help me at all. I worked with three different people including at the customer service desk and the pro desk and they acted as if I was an inconvenience them, definitely not a pleasant experience.

Home depot is always great, the layout is good but a little pricier than it should be. I get my hand tools from Harbor Frieght now because it's so much cheaper and equivalent in quality. Everything else though I shop at Home Depot for.

Needed a large piece of wood (58 x 20) to covered my warped bathroom cabinet. Henry was SO helpful! Helped me find the right piece for what I needed and cut it perfectly to size for me. Just put it in and it looks great! Thanks so much Henry!!!

This is my favorite HomeDepot in the area. It's intuitively laid out and the staff really knows their stuff. There's even a licensed plumber in the plumbing department! His help has been invaluable.
