I do not understand how employees think they can be rude. Making a customers feel like they are a bother and not wanted such as a smile, hello how are you might help but no we are not needed just our money. I just can't wait to see you again not my thoughts. This wonderful experience came through customer service counter ha just a name not  the experience. Then left to load with out offer or help. To much to ask help from customer service not this day.

This home Depot is pretty much as bad as the one on power inn.

Good luck with ANYTHING you need help with.
Seriously, if you try to call ahead, good luck.  You'll spend more time being put on hold and random people picking up the line and telling you to hold then if you were to just drive all the way there and look yourself. Also no customer service. Everyone who has picked up, besides one lady, have no etiquette. It's like talking to teenagers who are high. I really hate shopping at these places now I like what they sell but you virtually get no help whatsoever not in the store or on the phone and the online order is just as bad

My local Home Depot is great.  Everything I need for any do-it-yourself project is there, and I often find additional tools to "help."  By which I mean have fun with.

Its a great place to visit for needs and in general. Its a fun place for big boy toys and latest gadgets.  They close in winter@9pm summer @ 10pm.

I like this place, not a handy guy but i get all the help i need....and the gardening/outdoor section is awesome...great prices
