Very quick and friendly service. I went in to pick up my new Fitbit ionic. The service representative was very informative and even wrote down some key points for me. I signed for my order and was on my way home in no time at all. Very pleasant visit.

Helpful. Polite staff, located thru out store,  available to answer questions. Merchandise easy to locate.  Well worth going to the end of the mall to get good products for reasonable prices with pleasant efficient staff

Convenient place to find certain pieces of technology, from cellphones, cameras, computers, and so forth. Does allow for price matching with online or other brick and mortar stores, so you're able to find the best deal. One of the few places that also has an rewards program that is decent if you spend a bit of money with Best Buy.

Yesterday I bought a Dyson vacuum at Best Buy and could hardly believe how quickly I got in and out with my purchase. The sales associate was efficient, and friendly, helping me find the style I wanted.  No waiting in lines at the checkout......she rang me up right away, there in the department.  Also, I saw the same  vacuum the next day at another store for $50 more.......Yahoo!....Score!.....very pleased with my decision to go to Best Buy
