Very sale person. Very knowledgeable about the service plans, more than other T-Mobile store i have been to. Clean and large place. Bought a phone abd mobile hotspot for my truck. The salesman went outside to install it in mu truck for me. Great service.

Fast service from representatives. The first visit was to order the (expectedly out of stock) V20 the next day after release. It was a bit crowded, but they took our name and let us have a seat. Within 20 minutes or so, they rang us up and finished the process of adding a line fairly quickly. The second time we came in to the store was roughly a week after that because we needed to activate the new phone. Yes, it is possible to do it over the phone, but my grandmother preferred to go in-store. This time there was almost no wait, and the attendant had the phone activated within just a couple of minutes. The third time coming in, probably another week had passed. Our bill was $357, when we were told it was going to be around $180. So, this visit was to rectify that. They weren't busy this time either, and we were talked to by another representative. She did what she could and told as that the bill would be higher because my line was added at a strange time and there were extra charges for that. The normal bill would be $180, but this first one would be more expensive. However, she was able to take $80 off of the $360, so that was nice. All in all, this T-Mobile has provided some pretty great service to us and I would definitely come back again if I had any more problems or questions.

Got the phone I wanted to upgrade to - quick and friendly service. Store was busy but they had a lot of staff so we were seen to with very little wait. Staff genuinely wanted to help. Really like this store!
