There are pretty much two kinds of Home Depot, the clean and the dirty. This location is clean. It's a nice Home Depot in a nice part of town. The only downside which, is the problem with every Home Depot is finding genuinely knowledgeable help. Again tho, that's a problem at all of them and this location has very friendly service and people who truly want to help, the just don't always know the best answer. This, however, is the best Home Depot in the Cincinnati area - in my humble opinion.

Terrible customer service. It took a week past the delivery date to find out our washer and dryer was back ordered. Employees gave us the run around telling us different stories. They never called us back when they said they would. One employee said they would switch us to a different color and another said they couldn’t! No one cares about the customer experience. We cancelled and went to Lowe’s down the steeet!

Much better selection and inventory in stock than the Lowes a little bit down the road. Pricing is competitive and does offer some great deals if you buy items towards the end of the season. Employees are very helpful and it's never hard to find one to help you locate an item or provide any other assistance.

Drove 70 miles and got there really early so we could beat the crowd. 6 am. Five Associates or so at the service counter and we went to tile and flooring. No one ever asked if we needed any help. Bought $500 worth of tile, loaded it onto cart ourselves, even though I had to go ask for an associate to come and assist us. The one thing he did do is check other stores to see if we could find the remainder of what we needed at one of the nearby stores, but he did not offer to help us load the tile. I am a 60 year old woman and my husband was in another part of the store . I had to wait for my husband to come back to help me load it . With that being said we were very happy with the selection and the fact that Home Depot beats Lowe's as far as in stock hands down. If I want to do a project I would like to be able to go and buy enough of what I want at one time and not have to order it. It was very nice to find what we wanted in almost the exact amount we needed and it was nice we could just run to a second store to complete the purchase. Had the associates been a little more accommodating I would have rated 5 stars

Worst customer service I ever had! Don't buy appliances from this store, they use a co tractor to deliver and set up, they tracked mud through our living room carpet was supposed to have dish washer removed hauled away new one set up, that didn't happen then play phone tag to a sun standard store customer service to try and get resolved, then they want us to make the phone calls to get the service we should have received in the first place
