My second favorite hardware store. Decent help, good selection, ok prices. And they sell Milwaukee tools! Good selection of wood, great selection of plumbing supplies. Only wish they had a better receipt tracking system (like my Lowe's). Other than that it's a great place!

The staff is AMAZING. I placed an online order and needed to pick it soon called the staff got the items ready. They were fun ,polite and friendly on a very cold Sunday Morning.

Not quite the Home Depot of old, but better than just a few years ago; getting a board cut was easy, and I was offered assistance while looking for rope. However, we were never engaged by anyone showing interest in what we were doing. The trio of associates who were chating in the paint dept didn't even pay attention until we almost stepped on them as we walked by.

I shopped here two days in a row and was helped by an extremely friendly man named Larry (very knowledgable). He gave me helpful tips that really saved me. I was stripping and staining my deck. The store has everything you need and the help was always asking to help you no matter where you were in the store. Oh and the bathroom was immaculate it was the cleanest bathroom I have seen in almost any store. Finally I would say that have better quality stuff than the local competition and I say this from being loyal to the other store for a while probably just b/c it is closer to my house.

Terrible customer service. They would not refund me my money for a kerosene heater that kept breaking. The fan locked up on both of them. First one worked for over a month, the second one locked up after 5 days. at this point it was a waste of time, I requested money back instead of store credit because the heaters kept breaking the same exact way. They would not refund me my money so that I could go else where and buy a functioning heater.
