I notice that workers aren't uptight. They actually great you. Wow big improvement. Not all Home Depot are the same. Although wouldn't it be nice if they were?

Let's see.  Where to start.  Could it be the lack of manners when picking up the phone or lack of knowledge. I think they both win here.  Just called to inquire about the delivery and installation fee of a dishwasher I was WILLING to pay for and wow...the amount of times I got thrown into a loop to various departments to get someone or just an answer was unbelievable. I'm shocked at the rating of 4.5 they have being that this was my first interaction over the phone which equated to about 15 mins of talking to 8 people who didn't have an answer or had the wrong one.  Way to go with hiring A+ employees!  Great job!
