Serious lack of knowledge, had little to none about anything and I mean anything. At least 5 employees zero general knowledge of item names, their purposes, not even item location in the building that I'm guessing they spend 20 to 40 hours a week. Home Depot has outgrown their usefulness. They used to have ex pros working or at least overseeing the department's, now you're lucky if they knows the difference between nuts and bolts, nails or screws, fiberglass and glass. I don't want to say they knew nothing, they computers kept looking everything up in their computers and some how they still were giving wrong information on just about everything. Even the cashier looked so proud that he at 50 years old could open his til. I gave a 2 star because they did have a good selection on random repair items, anything even remotely specialized you'll likely be ordering online. Not just because they don't have it but probably so you do not chance repeating the experience. After shopping there, you may find yourself wanting to drive 2 hours to find Lowe's. This is every Home Depot in the area. While I'm sure there are some people that know a little, in the lottery of employees I asked for any kind of help I wouldn't hire them to flip burgers. Of course it does make sense they are currently hiring, although will likely get the same type of applicants.

Was looking for a power tool, and I am not to well versed on them. Chris was the worker on duty and help me with all I needed. Chris educated me on the top of the line and as to minimum i need to get/use to accomplish my project. My wife and I were very satisfied with his great customer service and advice. Thanks Chris in the power tool department.

Home Depot very convenient for all your garden and upgrading your home and for construction. Excellent customer service with a smile.

This Home Depot is organized, clean, and well lit. They have all you need at a reasonable price. Staff are friendly and competent. Parking lot is huge. They open early 7 am and closes late.

Gave me hard time when I tried to return a 3 dollar item had no i.d. would not let me return was short 50 cents on a twenty dollar dolly would still not let me return. Or help me out. Gonna sell all my home Depot stocks never shopping there again!
