Went into the store to exchange a product (GNC Pro Performance Whey Protein) for another flavor and the young guy that was there had no knowledge of what to do. Scanned the product multiple times and said I own money for it. Bought the product, buy one get one 50% off the week prior, however It's an even exchange not a return or buying something different!

Retrain your staff at this location and have a supervisor watching over what they do because that guy definitely doesn't have knowledge of procedures!

Ended up going to the Montebello Mall GNC after going to a few places out there and the manager had no issues exchanging the product!

5 stars for Montebello Mall GNC!
