THANK YOU!!! You guys are lifesavers and your staff is wonderful. After an absolutely horrendous customer service experience at the Home Depot at Fairfax Circle, I was told to drive to the Annandale location to pick up the rest of my items for free. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable young man. He was able to find my items and, with the permission of his manager, rang them up for me free of charge to make up for the horrible experience I had at the other store. This was absolutely not the fault of the Annandale location, so I'm grateful for their understanding and speed in resolving my problem.

The service desk associate (Michaela I think) was extremely welcoming and helpful. My purchase contained an item that rang up higher than the price on the shelf. She walked with me to verify that the price on the shelf was different than that computers price. She gave me the lower price and was very confident in her decisions and provided great service. Well done.

This is a different Home Depot than I normally shop. Much more organized and staff is actually helpful.
