I was reluctant to do business with Ashley’s again due to an experience I had at another one of the stores. I chose the Bel Air store because I was told it was a larger store with a better selection. I worked with Scott who was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest about the products. His goal was to ensure we got what worked best for us and what would last. Our delivery was scheduled on the day we wanted and the delivery was on time. The only downside was two pieces of my furniture wouldn’t fit up my stairs. I have to go back and swap the items. This was such a pain for me especially since it was an hour drive for us to get there. This time I worked with Deanna and she too was awesome with assisting me with everything. I was able to make the swap to my pieces and get them delivered by the end of the week. Our items look beautiful in our space and I’m very thankful to the store in Bel Air for showing me that good customer service still exists!!! Thanks again everyone!!!

Hi, yesterday I went to Ashley Furniture located at 615 Baltimore Pike, in Bel Air, MD. I had a fantastic experience there. I was greeted immediately by a young man named Scott Stewart. He was a very professional, knowledgeable, and personable Sales Associate. He afforded me appropriate time to look around, and came back at the perfect time to see if I had any questions. All of the Associates, to include the Manager, were very pleasant. Even the young lady, Ms Betty, who finalized my transaction, was also very professional and pleasant. I purchased a couch and a recliner, and will be getting more items there. I recommend this store HIGHLY. . Very Satisfied Customer

I just recently purchased a home nearby . My family and I were checking out the surrounding areas when we came across Ashley's Furniture so we decided to just take a look . I was fortunate enough to meet a gentlemen named Vincent Stewart. He patiently listened to my story about how my family and I are relocating and pretty much need all new furniture. He was not disappointed at all to learn that I was only prepared to take pictures for my husband and not buy anything. He still made my family a priority. With his knowledge of the store and their product offerings , he was able to assist me and lead me in the right direction to everything that I wanted. He was very helpful and I would recommend him highly if you shop there. Also, Ashley's Furniture has a huge selection of high quality furniture. Thank You Ashley's Furniture and mostly Thank you Vincent ! I cannot wait to come back and actually make my purchases !

I've been dealing with Shawn Allen salesperson over at Bel Air Maryland Ashley Home Store for about a year and he is phenomenal. Customer service is great I never felt rushed and he gives you recommendations based on what you're looking for and not looking to simply just make a sale. Shawn's store manager, Richard Robinson, was also great in dealing with when negotiating prices. So far we've bought a entire bedroom set, a sofa, and just recently and entire dining room set. Anytime we're looking for furniture if Ashley has what we're looking for we will always be looking for Shawn Allen to be our salesperson.

The gentlemen at this store are very professional and attentive to whatever you need. They are very versed on all of the furniture and polite in their working habits. Not to mention that the furniture is awesome. Make sure you ask for Anthony the store manager. He's a very professional manager and will do his best to accommodate you in any way he can. I hope to do more business with them in the future.
