WARNING: Do not shop here. The manager should not be in a management position, not to mention customer service. He doesn't have the skills to interact with customers. He isn't helpful in anyway and is very, very rude. I have never had such a hateful experience as I did with him. His attitude has made it so that from now on I will always shop at Tractor Supply and never at any Home Depot. The corporate office at The Home Depot should take a long hard look at this manager.

Two wonderful employees offered to help cut a small piece of drywall for my daughter and I today. While they were doing it (perfectly) their manager, Mark, walked up to them right in front of us to tell them very sternly they were NOT allowed to cut drywall for a customer. That was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had at a home improvement store. Might I suggest that if an employee shouldn't be doing something that you don't chastise them in front of the customer to embarrass them and make all of us feel like we've done something wrong. I appreciate the help for sure but I'll stick to Lowes where they don't make you feel like an ass because you asked for help. You get plus two stars for the nice employees and minus three for the jerk manager.

Terrible. Don't even try getting someone to help you over the telephone. I was hung up on three times. When I did get someone to finally answer, I was transferred twice by people that were too busy to other people that were too busy and eventually hung up on again after being told they were too busy to price quote an item. If I could give less than one star I would. I will not shop there again. I got better help from Walmart.

Terrible from the start. If I could rate you less than 1 star I would! Bought a brand new may tag refrigerator and HD staff was Displeased with the vehicle we were transporting it home in... 5 men tee heeing and dropping the F word a couple times not knowing I was standing there should have been our first sign.. Got the fridge home, plugged it in for 24-36 hours like recommended just to find that after day 2 the fridge isn't cooling down. Now this fridge is only 2 days old, so we call back HD who pretty much said since you didn't buy the HD extended warranty, why would we it came with a 10 year warranty...you would need to contact may tag and wanted nothing to do with us... So we did that and had a service man come look at our brand new fridge just to tell us it was broken. May tag then gave us a return to buyer receipt for us to exchange the fridge. All the while, all of this extra labor and time and trying to find a more suitable vehicle and some extra hands is all on us... Call after call to HD with failed attempts to make anyone understand that this now burden should not be on us because you SOLD US A BROKEN FRIDGE. They still would not fix the problem... My point to this story is HD should really treat there PAYING customers with respect and better customer service when THEY are in the WRONG. At the end of the day, it's US your CUSTOMERS who pay your bills at home, feed your families, and make sure you assholes have a job! I'll be taking my business across the road to Lowes for the rest of my life.
