HORRIBLE!! customer service. I went to this store to update phones and change rates. The plans were never updated and not merged. I went back to have a rep help fix and he immediately pushed me off to the 1-800 customer service number. They disconnected after 5 minutes with no contact. Attempted to ask the rep to pull up and look at my account to see what I was talking about. He walked away and tried to deflect me off to another rep saying he couldn't help give me a credit?! Not what I asked. Walked out. Saw the rep making hand gestures to me as I was leaving the store. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND WILL BE REPORTED!!!! BTW, went to the mall location and received excellent service.

The sales reps are very helpful, and explained everything to me! Thank you to Eric and the manager Adam!

Horrible Horrible experience!! One of if not the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I worked with "Dave" at the store and recommend you go elsewhere.

I've had to go to this store multiple times, and every time I'm in there it takes over an hour of just waiting on an employee because there's always plenty of customers and only ever one or two employees working at one time. Plus, when I do finally talk with an employee, they don't alway seen very knowledgeable in their job.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE. Stay away from this store. I went in to upgrade to iPhone 6. The sales rep convinced me that I should wait until Fall for the new version. He then convinced me to buy a Go phone to cover the time period until the new iPhone would become available. The old bait and switch and I fell for it. Cost of the Go phone $60. Well the phone was terrible in every way. Particularly it had poor reception and could not connect to my email server. After 9 days, I brought it back for a refund which the same salesman graciously proceeded to do. But stop. Right at the end of the transaction he announced there was a $35 restocking fee. Imagine a $35 fee on a $60 item. I challenged this with the manager, aka the store tech guy. I said the phone was defective and a piece of junk and I should get a 100% refund. He wasn't about to acquiesce. Challenged him to set up 1 email account. After unsuccessfully getting the email to work for 1/2 hr I stopped him. He could not set it up. Here is where it gets down and dirty. He wasn't going to refund my money. He wanted to do a warranty replacement. I said I would if he could set up 1 email account in 15 minutes on the replacement phone else I get a full refund. He declined. Clearly knew it wasn't possible. No one in the store knew how to operate the phone yet they were selling it. They know this is an inferior product and try to dump their inventory on customers. Worse experience I have ever had. I cannot imagine risking a review like this for $60. Hoping I get relief through my credit card company.
