Worst best buy I've ever been to. Totally ignored in every department I was in. Nobody asked if they could help me not once. Finally I just walked out.

Well stocked with knowledgeable staff. Pricing is hit or miss as with any big box store, some things are less expensive elsewhere. I went looking for a wall mount for my TV and the only option was a $300 model which was nice but far more than I expected to pay. The security staff at the front door was very friendly and seemed to take thier job with an appropriate level of seriousness.

Just left the store. I have an HP laptop in very good condition I wanted to trade in and buy at least $1500 worth of computer products. I was told by the gentleman at customer service that my trade in had zero value. I then went to the Best Buy trade in site and was told it was worth $100 for either a trade or gift card. I would like to add that the gentleman in customer service did not even look at my laptop or ask if I had a charger for it - which I did. He obviously wanted no part in this trade in process. Why not close the store and go totally on line. The service is better.

Some what very puzzling. First saleman said the $799. Sony tv would be delivered and set up FREE. Then turned me over to another tv salesman. He said $799 only included delivery in the box. Needs a $25. Hd cord and additional $45 for hook up if i wanted them to set up tv it's $99 more and additional $15 to take old tv away. Not a happy shopper.
