Bought a kitchen appliance package in addition to miscellaneous hardware for the house, and all in all it was a complicated purchase with many discounts, coupons and promotions that were applied. The representative on appliances, Tiffany, handled our purchase and she was FABULOUS! Her kindness and professionalism Went above and beyond what I've ever experienced before! And to top things off, a worker helped us unload the shopping cart and pack the car (and was very friendly)!!! Thank you to the awesome staff, and of course, to Home Depot's unbeatable prices.

Excellent, all the items needed were in stock. Check out was so so. Self-checkout is still growing on me.

Bought some fresh herbs from here to plant. The was a long line to check out but it moved quickly.

I go here every couple of months for random items. Overall I belive the employees are fine here. One time I went and had an annoying experience. I had my kids who were needing to be home because they were starting to become more fussy. If isles are blocked off, I do not go down them. I was down an open isle where a lady employee was struggling with a cart of pipes. I was in the spot looking for a part and she got near me with the cart and told me that I needed to go back down the isle. What!? I told her that I was going to finish looking for the part and I would be happy to help her guide the cart after I was done. I hurried, asked if I could help her, which she declined, and then I just left. I will continue to shop here but I still do not enjoy walking in this store.
