I'm afraid I had the same experience as Robert, Jasmine, and many other reviewers here. The Falls Church Home Depot team simply can't be bothered to pick up the phone. After spending over a thousand dollars on new appliances, I have spent nearly two hours on hold. I've called back several times, had the automated service hang up on me. I've been referred to other managers, other contractors, and never seem to find anyone who is able to schedule a simple installation. These guys are worse than Comcast. Don't get sucked in by their prices. Even if you pay a little more at Lowes or Best Buy, at least you'll come out with your sanity intact.

I had a great time picking up a very reasonable Christmas tree. It was around 100 dollars and I preordered it. Pick was very fast and my order was given to me in under 10 minutes. The tree has both color and white lights. Very easy to put together.

Vast array of products for home improvement at reasonable prices. There are some deals every now and then. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I tried to call into this store to simply find out if they carried a piece of hardware I needed. What a NIGHTMARE! They wouldn't answer the phone and kept me on hold for 5-10 minutes at a time. I continuously called back to try and get someone live on the phone, and the female store associate that had answered and immediately put me on hold (the 3rd time I called) proceeded to pick up and hang up the call each time I tried to get through. Corporate with DEFINITELY be getting a store complaint call from me when they're open tomorrow!

If you need to redo your kitchen, I would track down Mary Beth. She is detail oriented and has great customer service
