Love them Susan the manager and the Tile associate helped me so much picking out and giving me ideas for my new bathroom. So excited to post some fotos up when it's done. Thank you so much for all your help. The BEST

My 8yr old daughter loves the kids workshops that take place on the first saturday of each month. We built and painted a hummer together. When we got home, we realized we only had 3 axels not 4 that came with the kit. So the hummer was incomplete and my daughter was heart broken. I called the store and spoke with Shay, to see if I could get the 4th axle. Shay took my number and told me she'd call me back to see if she could locate one. To my amazement, Shay called me back as promised, almost immediately to tell me she found a set. I thought it was only the axles, Shay gave me a new kit, so my daughter could build a brand new Hummer. Shay didn't want anything in return and was genuinely happy that my daughter was going to be happy with the new kit. Shay is an asset to Home Depot and an example that all employees should follow! I will be calling the store management to tell them how valuable Shay is! THANK YOU SHAY, your the BEST!

This was the third time i had to travel to Yonkers to get what I need. Hopefully, they do better inventory management for customers to travel to other places.

We recently moved into a house that will require extensive updates. We have worked with the paint, flooring, window treatment, and door departments. The contractors who installed our carpet and cellular blinds were prompt, polite, efficient, and did a wonderful job. The in-store employees are friendly and courteous. The folks in flooring and window treatments are patient and knowledgeable. We are very happy with our LifeProof carpet and have really put it through a lot with both soda stains and pet stains.
