We chose this urgent care location because of previous excellent reviews. The Iowa Clinic did not disappoint! The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, the sign-in process was efficient and well organized, and the doctor who saw my husband was thorough and caring. We will definitely return for any future ailments that we may have.

Went there today because i have never ever had a problem with being seen there or my insurance being a problem. I had been waiting at unitypoint for over an hour and decided to leave to iowaclinic even though it was not convenient for my location because i knew i would be in and out and the lady at the front desk denied me service because i dont have a primary care doctor. I thought urgent care was for anyone? I guess i was wrong. Either way i am devastated with ankeny and their healthcare. The lady told me to go to broadlawns in des moines 😭

Brought daughter in with broken finger.  Staff was pleasant, helpful and fast. Appreciated the help.

Our daughter had a fever after we left the fair and we were concerned, so we searched nearby urgent care and this one came up.  We got there about 10 minutes before they closed and the whole staff was very patient with us.  The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and went over everything with us as we waited.  Our nurses were very patient with our daughter as they took her vitals she was fighting it.  Dr. Colby came in and counseled us as it was just a viral infection.  He was very thorough and answered all of our questions.  It was a very good experience, and took a lot off our shoulders.  Being from out of town it's good to know there are places that care for you and those close to you as much as those that care for you when you're home. Thank you Iowa Clinic Urgent Care Team.

Never a long wait like Mercy North Urgent Care. Dr. Otis and Dr.Colby are very caring and take their time. You are not just a number to them.They actually care..
