Wow!! This place was so fantastic!! Clean, professional...and the best part- I️ was in and out!! My son and I️ both needed to be seen- in and I️t under 1 hour!! Staff was friendly and AMAZING!!

No wait time when I went, staff was very kind and empathized with me.
Went to another urgent care clinic for my throat (That had severe pain and white/green growths on my tonsils, tongue and back of throat), where they didn't give me any help. 3 days later I was only getting worse and went to Ankeny Walk-In and explained how I hadn't gotten any help from the other place, they were shocked! The nurse practitioner saw that I had an ear infection and obvious bacterial infection in my throat and prescribed me medication.
Just about 30 hours after getting my first dose of antibiotics, I can finally eat solid foods and don't need pain killers to get through the day. They listened to my situation and properly treated me. Awesome!

The staff was great and very helpful. I was in and out in no time. I love my nurse practitioner Angie Blankenship!
