The Mad Taco perfectly exemplifies what I love about skiing in the Sugarbush area, really good and really friendly. This is a popular place both for locals as well as those who are visiting. It maintains a bar vibe in one half of the restaurant and a quick bite to eat aura on the other. Although it is a touch pricey, I think it is always worth it to stop by my favorite place in the area. They have rotating salsas that are made by people in the area and submitted to be served, so you will always have a bit of excitement every time you try a new one. Overall, I highly recommend you come and see one of the local gems.

Some of the absolute best tacos I've had while in Vermont. This place is worth a trip. The sauces were flavorful, but missed a heat punch. Great tap selection includes Hill Farmstead, Lawson's, Stone Brewing, Zero Gravity, and others. Good selection of food, and it's all tasty.

This place is awesome! I'm not a fan of hot or even mildly spicy. And I still loved the food, service, and atmosphere. Top notch.

I had the slow burn tacos, and they were good. It’s a great feel, kind of what you might expect from a taquería dropped in the middle of Vermont. They make their own hot sauce, which I would try if I went back, but my tacos were hot enough without it.

Great food, I had the chicken burrito. Really great amosphere! Might want to avoid their busy times, not a lot of seating so people were standing while waiting for their food.
