I chose this hotel based on the reviews I've read. But NOT all were what I expected. When I walked in the lobby there was one staff behind the counter NOT even a "Hi" or welcome was acknowledge. But he was nice to as I approached the counter to get me settled in. The place is old like it needs to remodeled. The carpet has a lot of stains including their swivel chairs and lounge chair in the room. Bed sheets smells new but it look like it hasn't been changed. I saw stains in it. See attached photos. So I asked housekeeping to replaced it. The lady was also nice and acknowledged to replaced including my pillow case. I just tip her to give motivation. She looks overworked when I spoke to her. I also saw a couple of homeless people i believe loitering on the parking lot at 2 am. They shouldn't be there for the safety of our vehicles. There was also trash outside the elevator. Like a trash you see on the streets see attached photos you kind a wonder why it's there.. for a three stars hotel you would expect something more to it. I've stayed other 3 stars hotels but never negative like this. I would say management should invest more to this establishment before they get more negative reviews.
Good location, that's it. Our room had carpet stains, recliner had stains, curtains were dirty, the toilet was dirty it always looked like there was a piece of you know what in it. Just stayed one night and refused to use shower. Went for the grab and go breakfast and the worker, blonde hair, maybe late 40's early 50's was so rude. Two people asked her if some things were going to replaced and she was so huffy and rude about it. How about "let me check on that for you". Can't believe I paid $200 for this room. Should have been $80. Will not stay here again.
Wow. What a heartfelt, sincere response. How long did it take to add my name and the hotel location to your standard return. This lack of effort on your part helps me understand why the hotel we stayed at is in such disrepair. Filthy stained carpet, chairs inside and out of rooms. Not enough space to list the abundant filth. We had to clean our room all week. Get towels, empty our trash. Oh. Several holes in hallway ceilings. Classy. Didn't see that in the ads. Food area was surely out of compliance with health standards. Personnel at front desk were less than interested in the paying customers and even charged my credit card over $120.00 for Door Dash deliveries to hotel for Mediterrean food and wings. Nice! Lunch on me. Maybe ask me next time idiots!  They actually fit in with my overall discontent with the Holiday Inn that we had the misfortune of staying at. But then I was a fool for believing the ads about the great experience to be had at Holiday Inn. Shame on me for not looking at the disgusting reviews with pictures of the squalor we paid for. Is it just me or would this make a great Class Action lawsuit. Integrity is rewarded. Not so much rampant false advertising that is so abundant on Social Media e.t.c. Love to hear from you, athough without an existing form letter, I'm guessing it would be too much to ask...
From the moment we walked in I was a little disappointed from just the smell alone. Me and my husband were celebrating our ten year wedding anniversary and initially booked a room with a King size bed. However the worker at the front desk stated we booked online and therefore we get the standard two queen beds. Who wants to celebrate there ten year anniversary in seperate beds? Then as I asked the worker if we could apply our AAA discount he then turned to what seemed to be the manager how to apply it the manager proceeded to say it's to late you booked online. We then tried to put our luggage on a rolling cart and the whole cart fell apart on us. Not a great start. Needless to say we won't return to another Holiday Inn.
This is what $230 dollars for a night gets you... see photos. We checked in October 30th @ around 4pm, the lady at the desk was really nice, she gets 5 stars. Very disappointed in the conditions of the Suite, it looked nothing, not even close to the photos on the website, the carpet was extremely dirty, stains everywhere, the couch which is a pullout bed was very stained, dirty, even had white stains... the lampshade was cracked and should have been in the trash, charging $230 a night you'd think they could afford to replace it with a new one for $20 or hire someone to shampoo the carpet once in a while. The bedding and the restroom were very clean but that carpet at this point should be torn out and couch should be cleaned or replaced. Disgusting.
We reserved a handicapped accessible room for my wheelchair bound mother a month before our trip. We were not given an accessible room, and one was not available. We ended up having to find a different motel. The staff apologized for the "inconvenience". It wasn't just an inconvenience, it was a safety hazard. The bathroom wasnt big enough for my mother to get into with her wheelchair, and it was very unsafe transferring her. I do not understand how the room we reserved was not availablr, and no explanation was given.
The beds just didn’t seem like cleanliness was a priority! I was bitten by bed bugs and there were multiple left over pieces of hair in the bed. AC comes on every ten minutes and is loud every time. TV was all in Spanish. First floor smelled like a casino. Only one tiny bar of complimentary soap.Rooms: 1/5
Room had stains everywhere. The hot water stopped working in my bathroom on the second night. Overall, the hotel looks and feels run down, and there is no reason to pay Holiday Inn rates for this quality of place. Won’t be staying here again.Rooms: 1/5
