Cleanest IHOP I've ever been in! Great service, spacious dining room, and our server was fantastic! I had simple pancakes and my wife had the Pancake and French toast meal. We both very much enjoyed the simple but well done meal! Will definitely return for another Saturday brunch!Food: 4/5
First time ordering in this location via phone. Customer service is good and pick up is on time. However I had the worst looking French toast I have ever seen. I could have done better making my own French toast at home. Toasted bread and butter would have have been better. Will never order on this location again.
Came here on Christmas day with the family. Waited for around 20 minutes, no waiter, no offer of drinks. Server working my section was seen serving those that came in after us. So, we left. No excuse for bad service, treat all customers the same or don't work in customer service! Discrimination should not be an issue in 2022. If you feel a type of way about certain groups of people, don't go applying for a job in customer service, in America, the biggest melting pot on Earth! You look extremely goofy and need to re-evaluate life.
We went on Labor day, and the store was very understaffed. So service was lacking. The servers were doing their best but there wasn't enough of them. They were out of several items we asked for. I am not sure why. The staff was very friendly and we had a good meal.Food: 4/5
we arrived right before the rush and we got a table right away. The breakfast we ordered was great! My grandkids ate all their food which is rare. I recommend this IHOP Kid-friendliness: My granddaughter is 8 and found something and ordered it herself and ate it all!
This place has been hit or miss with service and the same sentiment with food. Took my mom out to eat on a Monday 2 tables. We order first waiter can't be bother to remember our drinks. He support to be writing them down. Goes to the second table spot on. What I get a what suppose to be a chocolate shake look pathetic, still managed to get the swiss mocha wrong. By this time the second table received their food. We are still waiting for ours not hard I asked for a burger wrapped in lettuce not tomatoes, no mayo, Onions, avocado and well done. I get a burger with tomato no avocado no onions and a handful of pickles. Round 2, I get a medium burger bleeding, avocado and cold fries. Of course I'm bother by this I can't eat it. Just ready to leave My mom buffalo chicken chicken sandwich just looked as if they poured the sauce over it now it's ready. I don't like giving bad reviews but enough is enough.
I haven't ordered anything from here in a long time, I used to a lot because they had such great pancakes and everything...but are you kidding me?! This is what you give me?! Are you serious?! Ihop is proud of this?! They made such a great deal out of the topping, I almost cried when I saw this. How is this ok?! Do they not value the customers anymore?! Obviously not, if this is what they are sending their customers home with.
Great customer service from our server. Plenty of options on the menu. The place was very clean, even in the bathrooms. I do also like that all IHOPs have multiple syrups to choose from.
The food was very poor. My pancakes we're cold, my eggs had -multiple- hairs in them, and my partner could have chipped a tooth on this ridiculous silverware. Their prices are also awful. $15 for a meal is too much for an IHOP. This isn't fine dining. I give them two stars as they apologized and comped my meal, but we still paid $20 for one meal and one coffee. We won't be going back.
I banned IHOP for 10 years about 11 years ago. I went to the same restaurant that provided me that bad experience 10 years ago. My experience today was precisely the same! How do they stay in business?! The food was like eating a salt brick. Everything tasted the same... and how may I ask that bacon tastes the same as an egg?? The waitress seemed unhappy and passively combative. And, the same, when you pay they don't ask how your experience was because they know it sucked. Don't go. Newly created ban: 20 years. I hope I'm dead before that's up!
