We purchased a beautiful diamond engagement ring here a few years ago. The staff was very patient and helpful in finding the right stone and mounting. Excellent customer service. Just had the ring cleaned and repaired and it looks like new. Gorgeous. Good value.

I had a wonderful experience here. Lena gave me full attention and helped me find the perfect engagement ring. Steve was amazing and they both helped me sort through the multitude of beautiful rings that they have. I found one and they gave me an amazing deal. I will definitely come back here if I ever need jewelry again!

My dad had a wonderful experience at the Jewelry Exchange with Steve and Eva. He brought in my mom’s engagement ring that had a stone that fell out years ago. She lost it over 10 years ago and never got around to having it replaced. My dad decided to have it replaced for her birthday. Steve worked with my dad to make sure he had it in a timely manner. Mom had no idea that he was surprising her today, and the employees in the store were very kind and welcoming when we came in. The ring is beautiful and mom is happy. Awesome customer service.

As an owner of a small business I am hyper vigilant of the type of service I receive. I need to say I was pleasantly surprised with Norristown's Jewelry Exchange. I bought a diamond necklace for my fiance for Christmas and the process was nearly painless. I was shown several options from a variety of price points and given ample time to make my decision. In of itself, these were enough reasons to have made me a happy customer, but the true test for any merchant is service after the sale. A month later she had a minor issue with the chain and they went out of their way to exchange the piece (going as far as special ordering the replacement). They spent as much time and effort keeping me a happy customer as they did making me one. I have found my Jeweler for life. Bravo!

My husband and I were shopping around to replace the diamond in my engagement ring which i had lost while at work. We went to several jewellers and weren't finding anything nice in our price range. We decided to stop in The Jewelry Exchange. What a great decision. The store manager  (Steve) and Terri were very very helpful. I highly recommend this store.
