We had an extremely large party. I loved how we had our own separate room. The food was hot and tasty. The downfall was not enough servers and the table was incomplete with missing condiments and utensils. Otherwise, always a good time and lovely atmosphere.

We enjoy Old Spaghetti Factory!  The whole dinner is included in the price.  That includes homemade bread & butter, soup or salad, large portion entree, and ice cream.  We have eaten at these restaurants so many times I have lost count.  Worth the trip!

Surprisingly good food, nice atmosphere,  and great service.  Here's a case where an establishment earned an extra star for great service.  Our server, Odalys,  was more than attentive and went above and beyond what most places do. To be honest, as a Sicilian, I wasn't expecting too much here when it came to the food. While it wasn't out of this world, it was far from what I expected.  Pretty decent fare at a reasonable price. Some other local guides have given some harsh reviews,  but I really disagree.  It's a good family restaurant. The service was great, at surroundings are warm and comfortable! (see pics below) Definitely worth a few go rounds!

I don't know why the management there is not hiring enough waiters or waitresses during the lunch or evening meals. You're lucky if there is one maybe two food servers working during this time and the wait to get your order or get your food is exceptionally too long. Also they never have anybody at the front, you literally have to go through the restaurant in the search of someone to seat you at a table this is totally ridiculous for an establishment of this nature. I have been to 22 other Old Spaghetti Factory's and I have to say that this one by far is the worst. The food however is still exceptionally good and the right amount of proportions for a good meal.

Great food and fun atmosphere.  Staff was welcoming and friendly.  Our server, Elizabeth was friendly and took care of us well. 😊
