Helpful staff, decent selection, decent prices, We ended up buying about $600 worth of decor pieces here and a $600 display case for our hallway.  We signed up for their 3 year decor discount pricing ($60 to sign up) and we ended up saving about double the cost to sign up so it more than paid for itself during just this one visit.  We also bought two floor lamps that were normally $267 for about $150 each - so that was a good deal.

Jeff was our salesman and was more than helpful. He made the process of this major purchase so smooth and seamless. We got exactly what we wanted. Bedroom set turned out BEAUTIFUL! Delivery was timely and they were so fast and careful despite being on 2nd floor.
Definitely will be back eventually.

Came into the store with my girlfriend looking to furnish our new apartment and browse the various sofa styles. Unfortunately we didn’t get to view much in peace as “Dorothy” had one of her employees follow us around the store... she greeted us at the door super nice. we were browsing couch to couch when I noticed she was staring at us. She must have lost sight of us as we went around the corner to browse the other styles. sure enough, an employee comes around the corner, asks if we need help, walks back to Dorothy and says “you’re good”... could barely focus on picking out a sofa while being watched like a hawk... were 20 years old so I’m assuming they thought we were young and coming in to play but still felt really uncomfortable in the store. For this reason we won’t be buying from rooms to go.. unfortunate as we found one we really liked...

Jeff Coyle at the Altamonte Springs location did an excellent job of helping me choose living room furniture. He was very nice and professional and most of all patient as it took me awhile to make a final decision. I highly recommend Jeff and will refer my friends and family to him.
