Mandalay Bay was awesome ! First off , checking in was super easy and no hassle. Reasonable fees for the resort and once we got into the room it was AMAZING. Gorgeous view over the strip. Second is the dining experience, they have wide variety of restaurants available and all of them are unique in there own. Third is the location, most hotels are somewhere in the middle of the strip, where if you want to do something on one end , you need to go the equal distance away in another for something else. Mandalay Bay is at the end of the strip. Awesome resort , friendly staff , will go again !

Just got back from there... Worst hotel experience of my life!  We had a drunken frat party next to us all weekend long, and they REFUSED to move us or remove the obnoxiously loud party. We called to complain EIGHT times. Staff was not only NOT helpful, but downright rude! On our last day, we are woken up at 630am to the same drunken guys screaming the happy birthday song. The staff basically told us... You guys are checking out today, so oh well, and HUNG UP ON US!! Do not stay here!!! If you have any issues with your stay, they will not take care of you!!

This is an amazing hotel for and probably the hotel on the strip for families! First thanks to Kyle for all the help at the front desk getting settled and upgraded. What great customer service! I'd defiantly recommend upgrading to a suite in the Delano for any families wanting more space. It is truly one of the best values on the strip. The pool at Mandalay is the best on strip and truly has everything... Family fun, adult fun, or just a place to relax and tan! The only gripe I have is that restaurants here are too good* There is nothing but amazing restaurants that are way to pricey for families. However, McDonald's and Luxor is with in walking distance and the food court there is much more family friendly. The Aquarium is awesome thought a little pricey and there is so much for adults to enjoy here as well!

We took our daughters to the Shark Reef Bay Aquarium for the day. The casino and conference center areas were beautifully kept and packed with great dining options. The girls loved the aquarium and sent a good amount of time watching the sharks circling the tank around the sunken ship area. The aquarium is well managed and designed meticulously to provide guests with a unique experience. Highly recommended!

I recently visited Mandalay Bay for the first time, as an attendee of a large conference.

The rooms are large, spacious, and clean. The room was always carefully cleaned whenever the hotel staff came in. My room included a full bath, which was also really nice!

Mandalay has a huge selection of restaurants and bars that are busy at all hours of the night, with good drink specials and decent food prices.

I'd also say that the hotel is very family friendly, if pool time is of interest to you; it's probably the most popular feature here as far as entertainment goes.

The convention center is spacious, and well-run. It can be a bit of a maze, but it serves this purpose well!
